The 8ft spindleless veneer lathe machine is used to produce veneers with a length of 2510 mm in the horizontal direction of wood fibers. The knife blade is 2700mm long, with sides cutting blades on both sides. The side blade is used to control the length of the veneer and the regularity of the two ends of the veneer. If the quality of the two ends of the wood segment is different, and the margin of the wood segment is large, adjust the rotary cutting position of the two ends of the wood segment, and cut off the bad end of the wood log  to improve the quality of the veneer.

This 8ft spindleless veneer lathe machine has a inside cutting knife blade, which directly cuts the veneer into veneers of certain specifications, reducing the length of the equipment installation site and improving efficiency. According to customer requirements, the veneer cutter and veneer peeling machine can be connected to the outside of the veneer lathe machine through a conveyor belt.

The servo motor controls the machine feeding , that guarantee the uniform peeling speed to ensure the uniformity of the thickness of the veneer.

The 8ft spindleless veneer lathe machine is generally used for rotary cutting of wood segments with a diameter of less than 500mm. The diameter of the wood is greater than 500mm, and the rotary cutter can be customized .
